A sunny morning of writing
This morning we went outside to write. We were learning about starting our sentences in different ways.
Bright sun beaming down. Trees surround us like armour. Darkeness comes up at us. Bright gray clouds come around us. Grass bows at the world.
Matthew
Trees swish in the breeze. Sun shines in the sky. Birds sing joyfully in trees and laying eggs in their nests. Blue sky that covers the place. No gaps can are seen. Grass stays green with flowers growing out. Cars drive by on the road. Busy bees buzz by getting honey from flowers from us. Kids play screaming and shouting.

Dinosaur Dancing By Piper
Shining feircly on the dinosaurs the sun starts to burn. Swish, swish, swish! Thwack, thwack, thwack! Shudder, shudder, shudder! Near the sludgy old swamp the dinosaurs are dancing getting ready to romp. As the sun starts to drop the dinos start to sleep the only sound heard in the creak is dinos snoring till the morning starts to peek.

Vinegar and baking soda balloon experiment by Qwinn
We did an experiment to see if baking soda and vinegar would blow up a ballon.
First, we got two funnels, a balloon, vinegar, baking soda and an empty bottle.
Next, we got one funnel and put vinegar in a empty bottle. We put 1 cup of vinegar in.
Then, we used the clean funnel to put baking soda into a balloon.
Next, we had to attach the balloon to the bottle. This was tricky because you have make sure that no baking soda gets into the vinegar. When you put the balloon on make sure the baking soda is in the bottom of the balloon and is hanging over the side of the bottle until you are ready to go.
Finally, tip the bottom of the balloon up. When the baking soda and vinegar mix there is a chemical reaction and it foams. I think it makes a gas which blows up the balloon.
