The Magic Finger By Riley
For months i had been telling my self that I would never put the magic finger on anyone again - not after what happened to my teacher, Mrs Poppy.
Poor old Mrs Poppy.
One day we did reading. "Read a sentence" demanded Mrs Poppy.
I shuddered in fear " I hate reading out loud" I thought to myself.
I stood in silence. The class started to chatter. My face went red.
"Quiet class" yelled Mrs Poppy. I started to feel mad. That's when she shouted the words that made me point the finger. "You stupid rascal". That's what made me do it. It was then that things change Mrs Poppy. Her hair started to turn into leaves, her arms became stiff like branches and her body was a tree trunk. Mrs Poppy had turned into a tree.
